With Dave Smith, we developed a new, six module, 30-lesson course to help social housing tenants understand more about Housing Organisations. The goals was to empower tenants, and to encourage more of the community to join boardrooms.
The course was a huge success, and as well as huge take-up in the community, it’s been used by HAs for staff onboarding and training.
We’re now developing a follow-up e-learning course, with wider access: Social Housing 101.
